Deposit today! Due within fifteen days of acceptance. To accept an offer of admission, students must send a $300 deposit as a resident or a $200 deposit as a commuter. For fall admits, the deposit is non-refundable after May 1. The deposit secures a space at Wesleyan and indicates acceptance of our offer of admission.
Completion of new student placements and the advising questionnaire must be completed prior to receiving your course schedule.

Health Services
The following health forms are required of all new students prior to the first day of class. All forms must be official Wesleyan Health Forms located on Wesportal. Forms can be found by clicking on Wesnet at the top of the page, then Health Services on the left hand side of the page.

Health Insurance
All full time undergraduate students taking at least 12 credit hours in the day program (i.e. non-online only) are required to have health insurance. Students may purchase insurance through Wesleyan’s provider, Gallagher Student Health, or you may waive out of our insurance by providing proof of your health insurance coverage. All international students are automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan at registration. Information about waiving out of student health insurance will be automatically sent to you upon registration. If you do not waive out of health insurance before the semester waiver deadline, you will be automatically billed for Wesleyan’s student health insurance plan. Wesleyan is committed to preparing the campus for your arrival and it is our desire that you have a successful transition to college. In order to facilitate that transition, please consider joining our PATH program (Pioneering Approaches to THinking.) PATH is an intensive five-day program for first-year students created to assist in the transition to college. PATH students arrive on campus a week before the semester begins and take a one credit hour college success course. Don’t worry though, it isn’t all work. We have some great activities planned for you so that you and your fellow PATH cohort members will be sure to have some fun!

Admission to Wesleyan’s nursing program is highly competitive. Students apply for entry into the BSN program during their sophomore year. Wesleyan Nursing admits students in August. Students interested in entering the BSN program should submit their nursing application with a priority deadline of Feb. 1.

If you are currently a junior or senior (male or female) in high school looking to begin earning college credits, the Dual Enrollment program is a great solution. Students take college coursework for credit towards both high school graduation or home study completion and college degree requirements. The program is offered during fall, spring, and summer semesters.
Once accepted, your admission counselor will contact you and your high school counselor to see what course(s) you need to meet high-school requirements. After courses are decided, your admission counselor will register and email the course schedule to you and your guidance counselor
