Designed for working professionals, Wesleyan’s 5 fast-track hybrid graduate programs include online courses for student flexibility as well as Wesleyan's signature seminar-style traditional classes on campus evenings and weekends. All classes are taught by faculty with real world experience and outstanding academic credit. Our graduate programs are open to men and women.

For both women and men entrepreneurs, business executives, and students who have recently earned their undergraduate degree, Wesleyan offers graduate business programs including the Master of Science in health care administration, the Master of Science in nonprofit management, and the Master of Business Administration. The 14-month fast-track programs are scheduled on campus, in-person for seven consecutive Saturdays and specialty classes will be taught online. I-O psychology is a fast growing field that applies psychological research to the workplace in order to make organizations more productive and profitable, and also improve the well-being of employees. You will learn how jobs are defined and staffed, how teams work together, how to increase employee health and satisfaction, and how to reduce conflicts and problems. Wesleyan’s program has been developed following the recommendations of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. This Master of Arts degree is designed to equip you to work as a practitioner with a career in consulting, diversity education, or training in a variety of settings including business, non-profit, and public agencies. For women and men who already have an undergraduate degree and teaching certification, Wesleyan offers a unique fourteen-month program designed specifically for elementary education professionals, the Master of Education in Elementary Education. Our program allows students the option to take day courses during summer months and evening courses during the academic year to avoid interruptions of their teaching careers. Find out more.
