This is your invitation to be our distinguished guest at Wesleyan College. We know that making the trip can be tough, so we’ll help cover the cost for you and one guest to visit our campus, and will coordinate an agenda built on your interests.
We’ll reimburse you for your travel to campus and lodging expenses after you attend an in-person event or tour. This includes ticket fare for one prospective student and one family member to visit, up to our program limits. Plus, we’ll make the reservation for you to stay at a hotel near our campus.
This is just one of the ways we’re committed to making sure that accomplished young women who belong at Wesleyan can see for themselves what makes our campus so special.
This program is open to all high school juniors and seniors who have been accepted (or conditionally accepted) to Wesleyan College and one guest. We’ll cover up to $300 per round-trip ticket for a student and 1 guest, and up to $100 for a rental car. We can also arrange transportation for you from the airport. When it comes to accommodations, we’ll make a reservation for you at a hotel close to campus.
*Must live outside of a 450-mile proximity to Wesleyan to qualify*
We need to know exactly what days you want to arrive and depart campus so we can reserve your room to stay.
You may make your own arrangements and we’ll reimburse you. Make sure you keep all receipts related to the travel you’d like to be reimbursed.
Enjoy your time at Wesleyan College and in Macon, GA and provide us with the receipts to your travel arrangements.
Receive your reimbursement check in the mail in 3-4 weeks after submitting the form while you are here.
Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1-5PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10AM-2PM.
