STEP 6: Tuition Reimbursement

Wesleyan College offers all GEICO Associates a discounted tuition rate of $350 per credit hour. This rate includes all required textbooks for each course.

Tuition Reimbursement Process

When filling out your application with Bright Horizon EdAssist, make sure you choose the Direct Bill option. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Credit (LOC). The LOC will allow you to defer your tuition and allow Bright Horizons to pay the school directly. First, you’ll need to sign the LOC, then forward it to businessoffice@wesleyancollege.edu and make sure to include your student ID in the e-mail. In turn, Wesleyan will then bill Bright Horizons, paying the school directly.

Once you’ve completed the class, it is your responsibility to upload a copy of your final grade report to your application within 60 days. If a compliant grade is not received within 60 days after the course end date, the associate will be suspended from participating in the direct bill and immediate reimbursement programs for a period of 12 months.

See below for generic requirements for required documents.
